Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Elicit, refine, and document clear requirements, translating them into user stories, workflows, rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the development of AI-integrated BA standards and use AI tools daily to accelerate output and automate repetitive tasks.
• Assess delivery workflows and ownership structures to identify gaps and improve scalability and cross-functional alignment.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and delivery, validating that solutions meet documented business intent.
• Support UAT and core workflow validation, owning the resolution of identified functional gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Hybrid required for candidates in MN or KS; other US states can be remote).
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Associate's degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• Proven track record of improving BA standards, templates, and process redesign in mid-to-large organizations.
• Demonstrated evidence of AI tool adoption (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Rovo) in day-to-day professional work.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process/workflow modeling tools within Agile or hybrid frameworks.
• Technical fluency to read API behavior, data outputs, and system logic for implementation validation.
