What you will do

• Prepare functional requirements and SRS documentation for product features and paid client requests.
• Facilitate estimation sessions by explaining business context and expected functionality to development teams.
• Consult clients and internal analysts on image recognition capabilities and feasibility for specific use cases.
• Guide the labeling team on data annotation guidelines to ensure high-quality model training.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to ensure business requirements are correctly interpreted during implementation.
• Support presales and discovery workshops, including analyzing client requests and completing RFP/RFQ questionnaires.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software product environment.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements (SRS).
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Computer Vision concepts (model training, data quality, labeling).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, and ML.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required for client communication and workshops.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience working on AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision products.
• Hands-on experience with labeling tools or data annotation workflows.
• Background in retail, FMCG, or shelf analytics.
