Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote, but blocks foreign IP addresses and requires quarterly travel to an office)
Salary: $67,355 - $114,503

What you will do
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and support BPR initiatives, aligning IT solutions with business goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process maps and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and improvement ideas.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and monitor post-implementation performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 6+ years of experience in business process improvement, process reengineering, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of process mapping and modeling methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Proficiency with documentation tools like Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, or Bizagi.
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Nice to have
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt), or Business Process Management (BPM).
- Experience working with ERP or workflow automation systems.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience in digital transformation or operational excellence programs.
