TL;DR
Business Process Reengineering BPR Specialist (BPMN/Lean/Six Sigma): Analyzing, redesigning, and improving business processes through AS-IS and TO-BE process maps, stakeholder workshops, performance metrics, and automation initiatives with an accent on process modeling, operational efficiency, and organizational alignment. Focus on documenting business requirements, facilitating reengineering initiatives, implementing improvements with IT and operations teams, and monitoring post-implementation performance.

Location: Remote within the United States; all work must be performed in the U.S. The role may require quarterly travel to an office. Core work hours are 10am–4pm Eastern Time, with flexibility to start earlier or work later depending on the time zone. Foreign locations, foreign IP addresses, and personal VPN connections are not permitted.

Salary: $67,355–$114,503 annually for full-time employment.

What you will do

  • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead or support business process reengineering initiatives aligned with organizational goals and IT solutions.
  • Document client requirements and develop AS-IS and TO-BE process maps, conceptual models, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and communicate requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Use data analysis and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and support automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and leadership teams, monitor post-implementation performance, and recommend further improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 6 years of experience in business process improvement, process reengineering, operations improvement, or consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping and modeling methodologies, including BPMN, Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Experience with process documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, or Bizagi.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., perform all work in the U.S., and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Nice to have

  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Business Process Management.
  • Experience with ERP or workflow automation systems.
  • Familiarity with advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience with digital transformation or operational excellence programs.
