What you will do

• Conduct initial assessments and strategize system implementation methods with customers.
• Configure ERP implementations and manage data conversions, including documentation and testing.
• Train customers on software usage and consult on system changes to maximize business value.
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to accelerate documentation, data mapping, and training material creation.
• Document system data flows and ensure a seamless hand-off between Sales and Support teams.
• Identify and communicate project risks to the project manager in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or a technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP implementations and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Background in the Agricultural industry.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools and basic prompt engineering to generate work products like SOPs and guides.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AGRIS software.
• 3+ years of experience in an Implementation Role for ERP Software.
• Familiarity with AI features in modern ERP platforms, such as predictive analytics or automated reconciliation.
