What you will do

• Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to identify training topics and resource sequencing.
• Map and document processes that drive revenue generation.
• Design and develop engaging skill-based training programs and curricula.
• Leverage sales technology tools such as Seismic, SalesLoft, and Lessonly for reporting and benchmarking.
• Drive adoption and share best practices across the sales organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college/university with a concentration in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Strong strategic sales and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive projects forward.
• Ability to work independently and execute clear strategies.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Houston, TX.
