• Design and implement processes to support the Technical Success team throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate scalable operational workflows.
• Define and track KPIs, develop dashboards for actionable insights.
• Manage territory allocation aligned with business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with data teams to ensure data integrity for reporting and decision-making.
• Lead strategic analyses and cross-functional projects to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, United States
• Experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Understanding of the AI landscape and its applications.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with prioritization.
