What you will do

• Develop best practice design documentation in Visio for the AnalytX Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology.
• Implement RPA and Machine Learning integrations to enhance productivity in Hospital and Professional Account Receivable Services.
• Analyze large data sets to identify improvement opportunities and present data-driven recommendations.
• Translate Visio workflows into pseudocode for the Development and QA teams.
• Diagnose application bugs and gather technical documentation to ensure rules match client processes.
• Lead clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare super users for Go Live.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1+ year of experience in a software implementation setting.
• Experience with application system configuration and testing.
• High proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and Visio.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and business writing skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites up to 50%.
• Strict adherence to HIPAA standards for protecting patient health information (PHI).
