Salary: $125,000 – $154,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with leadership to define delivery models, capacity planning, and resource allocation for Support and Services teams.
- Build and optimize reporting on service delivery, support performance, CSAT, and time-to-value metrics.
- Lead root-cause analysis on support escalations and onboarding friction to identify systemic improvement opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the Support and Services tech stack to ensure accurate data flow and tool adoption.
- Collaborate with RevOps peers to ensure smooth handoffs across Sales, CS, and Services functions.
- Translate operational data into actionable insights to drive efficiency and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Revenue, Services, Support, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, including experience with utilization models, SLA tracking, and capacity planning.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).
- Hands-on ownership mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and execution.
