What you will do
- Design and maintain analytics infrastructure to track performance across the GTM ecosystem.
- Act as an internal GTM Engineer by leveraging AI tools to build and deploy custom automation workflows.
- Evaluate and manage the GTM technology stack to ensure scalability in an AI-first environment.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales leaders to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Engineer automated solutions to reduce manual friction in the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on deep data analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems.
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and GTM tools like HubSpot, Clay, or n8n.
- Proven track record of using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude) for building tools and workflows.
- Advanced experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware such as Zapier, Clay, or Workato.
- Strong ability to design relational data models and map complex business processes.
- Must be based in the United States to align with specific benefits and operational requirements.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, specifically within Fintech or complex B2B platforms.
- Certification in Salesforce Development or specialized GTM automation platforms.
