RevOps Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and maintain analytics infrastructure to track performance across the GTM ecosystem.
• Act as an internal GTM Engineer by leveraging AI tools to build and deploy custom automation workflows.
• Evaluate and manage the GTM technology stack to ensure scalability in an AI-first environment.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales leaders to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Engineer automated solutions to reduce manual friction in the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on deep data analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems.
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and GTM tools like HubSpot, Clay, or n8n.
• Proven track record of using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude) for building tools and workflows.
• Advanced experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware such as Zapier, Clay, or Workato.
• Strong ability to design relational data models and map complex business processes.
• Must be based in the United States to align with specific benefits and operational requirements.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, specifically within Fintech or complex B2B platforms.
• Certification in Salesforce Development or specialized GTM automation platforms.
