What you will do

• Coordinate the close-out and dispatch of all shipments while managing carrier equipment needs.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping documentation, including EEI filing and Hazmat labeling.
• Oversee outbound cold chain orders, ensuring correct temperature set points and manifest accuracy.
• Reconcile open orders and validate trailer loading, including pallet counts and chain-of-custody.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and carriers to resolve shipping issues.
• Provide leadership and supervisory backup, including training staff and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Background in operations and knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Experience with TMS (Mercury Gate) or similar transportation management systems.
• HAZMAT certification or ability to manage hazardous materials documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to develop reporting/analytics.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA as this role is based in Memphis, TN.
