What you will do

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Identify and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining existing key relationships in the region.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive rapid growth within the assigned geography.
• Manage the entire product sales lifecycle, including lead generation and new business development.
• Represent the company at local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
• Experience directly calling upon providers in the specified geographic territory (Fort Worth, TX).
• Proven track record of successful sales and ability to respond effectively to customer needs.
• Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
