What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify repetitive, high-friction workflows candidates for AI automation.
• Design and build AI-augmented workflows using Claude (Code, Agent SDK), n8n, and Power Automate.
• Develop custom Claude Skills, Agents, and plugins tailored to specific departmental use cases.
• Quantify and tag a measurable ROI metric against every workflow shipped, such as hours saved or manual steps reduced.
• Prototype solutions quickly, gather user feedback, and iterate to ship working flows.
• Maintain lightweight integrations between AI tools, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and internal APIs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in automation, scripting, or development.
• Proficiency with Claude (Claude.ai or Claude Code) for building, debugging, and iterating.
• Hands-on experience building workflows in n8n (AI nodes/agents) or Power Automate (Copilot).
• Comfort with basic scripting and API integrations using REST, JSON, and webhooks.
• Strong discovery and listening skills to translate non-technical user problems into technical solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lakewood, New Jersey.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in an MSP environment.
• Experience with additional LLM platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and the Power Platform.
• Experience with databases such as Supabase, Postgres, or SQL Server.
• Basic familiarity with Node.js or React to extend small apps with AI assistance.
