What you will do

• Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions and agents to streamline business processes across Microsoft 365.
• Build and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and intelligent workflows for Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to eliminate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise data sources, APIs, and external systems.
• Design and manage data models in Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint to support AI workflows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required due to government contract and clearance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, automation, or systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience developing or integrating AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, and data integration techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure AI.
• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks or orchestration concepts.
• Familiarity with Python or JavaScript.
• Experience in government, DOE, or regulated environments.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
