What you will do
- Own and evolve the AI and automation strategy for People Technology to drive measurable efficiency.
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations across HR SaaS platforms.
- Define and track success metrics such as manual effort reduction, cycle time improvement, and adoption rates.
- Influence the design and optimization of core HR platforms, specifically Workday HCM.
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Security, Legal, and Privacy teams to ensure responsible AI implementation.
- Mentor peers and elevate AI literacy across the People & Culture function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in People Technology, HRIS, or enterprise workforce systems.
- Strong familiarity with Workday HCM, including business processes and data structures.
- Proven experience designing workflow automation or low/no-code solutions in enterprise environments.
- Practical experience applying generative AI tools to real business workflows with measurable outcomes.
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, webhooks, or connectors.
