What you will do

  • Own and evolve the AI and automation strategy for People Technology to drive measurable efficiency.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations across HR SaaS platforms.
  • Define and track success metrics such as manual effort reduction, cycle time improvement, and adoption rates.
  • Influence the design and optimization of core HR platforms, specifically Workday HCM.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Security, Legal, and Privacy teams to ensure responsible AI implementation.
  • Mentor peers and elevate AI literacy across the People & Culture function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in People Technology, HRIS, or enterprise workforce systems.
  • Strong familiarity with Workday HCM, including business processes and data structures.
  • Proven experience designing workflow automation or low/no-code solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Practical experience applying generative AI tools to real business workflows with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, webhooks, or connectors.
