What you will do

• Draft and coordinate responses to state insurance department inquiries and market conduct examinations.
• Manage complaint handling workflows and submissions through NAIC portals and direct state channels.
• Administer producer and adjuster licensing programs, including applications, renewals, and bond tracking across multiple states.
• Monitor and summarize federal and state legislative developments affecting commercial lines and motor carrier programs.
• Support the maintenance of compliance policies and prepare internal reports for management and auditors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of insurance compliance experience, preferably within a P&C insurance company or MGA.
• Proven experience with state insurance department inquiries and multi-state licensing administration.
• Experience in legislative and regulatory monitoring across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong professional written communication skills for drafting regulatory correspondence.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with AI tools or a strong willingness to adopt AI-powered workflows.
