What you will do

• Identify and qualify targets to drive digital courseware adoptions in higher education.
• Deliver strategic sales presentations to instructors and committees both in-person and remotely.
• Manage a sales pipeline and track opportunities using SFDC.
• Conduct in-person trainings and support customers on digital offerings.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on training and retention plans.
• Handle LMS/LTI implementations to ensure smooth instructor transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must reside in Illinois and possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel 40-60% (mostly by car).
• Sales mindset with strong organization and presentation skills.
• Sales experience in higher education is strongly preferred.
