TL;DR
Sustainment Project Manager (Aerospace): Leading the sustainment of critical F-35 reprogramming facilities with an accent on customer program reviews, financial performance, and EVMS compliance. Location: Must be a US Citizen and based in or able to relocate to Fort Worth, Texas. This role is part-time remote, requiring a mix of remote work and on-site presence at a facility.

What you will do
- Lead sustainment operations for international F-35 reprogramming facilities.
- Manage customer program reviews and warfighter implementation planning.
- Coordinate proposal preparation, work statements, and contract specifications.
- Utilize risk management to identify problems and implement resource allocation solutions.
- Ensure 100% EVMS compliance and meet financial performance targets.
- Monitor adherence to master schedules and ensure on-schedule delivery of services.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required due to security clearance requirements.
- Active Secret Clearance (with investigation within 5 years).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience with Earned Value Management (EV) or CAM 101 certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work a 4x10 hour day schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience with government customer interaction and interface.
- Mission Data or Reprogramming Lab experience.
- Background in BOE authoring or proposal development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
