What you will do

• Lead assigned system and subsystem projects, managing costs, schedules, technical quality, and risks.
• Support business development and sales efforts with government and commercial customers.
• Develop US government and commercial proposals, integrating cost and risk elements into cohesive bids.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on design, development, and certification activities.
• Execute verification tasks in cooperation with customers such as NASA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, systems, electrical engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in space systems project management, systems engineering, or development.
• Broad knowledge of spacecraft sub-systems, re-entry technologies, and crew systems.
• Experience across the full space systems lifecycle: requirements, design, AIT, and operations.
• Experience with ISS resupply, LEO station logistics, or exploration programs.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card) is mandatory due to federal regulations (ITAR/EAR).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with U.S. aerospace regulations, FAA licensing, and export control (ITAR/EAR).
• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-growing aerospace company.
