What you will do

• Integrate the Lunar Operations team into the broader hirify.global Operations framework using existing tools and processes.
• Lead multiple projects to support the deployment of the overall Operational Strategy.
• Manage risk and CapEx management processes specifically for the Lunar Operations team.
• Coordinate project requirements and identify interdependencies between internal and external departments.
• Provide high-level reporting and recommendations to leadership to accelerate decision-making in a high-velocity aerospace environment.
• Facilitate change management activities to evaluate and approve new requirements or changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Business disciplines.
• 8-10 years of relevant program management or operational experience.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or lawful admission as a refugee/asylee (Export Control).
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders via persuasion without direct authority.
• Strong verbal, written, and data communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management.
• PMP certification and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
• 6+ years of experience specifically in an operations environment.
