Salary: $164,000 - $245,000 per year

What you will do
- Partner with Product teams to shape the roadmap by identifying new opportunities and incorporating customer, merchant, and partner feedback.
- Own the end-to-end GTM strategy and execution, from beta to full launch, including crafting value propositions and segmentation strategies.
- Design and execute programs to drive merchant engagement and adoption at scale in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
- Develop external narratives and high-impact messaging for strategic client engagements and bi-annual roadmap meetings with top merchants.
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights that influence positioning, refine marketing strategies, and optimize product performance.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Revenue, and Analytics teams to ensure consistency in messaging and execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing or product management, ideally within Payments or Fintech.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving GTM results.
- Must be based in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data to influence strategy.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
