What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for on-premises physical financial issuance systems.
• Develop and maintain the IFI product roadmap based on market trends and customer needs.
• Translate customer insights and market data into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Support teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create technical enablement materials and training programs for internal teams and partners.
• Analyze the product portfolio to identify and implement AI-driven market differentiation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Authorized to work in the US or Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial software product management or development.
• Experience with enterprise software or hardware-integrated solutions in on-premise environments.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial issuance, payments, or secure credential systems.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Microsoft TFS, or AHA.
• MBA or an advanced degree.
