TL;DR
IT Service Technician (IT Support): Providing onsite technical support for federal customers with an accent on hardware maintenance, software integration, and network troubleshooting. Focus on resolving technical issues via ServiceNow, managing asset inventory, and ensuring system security compliance.
Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (On-site only)

What you will do
- Provide onsite technical support and resolve issues via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Perform hardware configurations, maintenance, and equipment component replacements.
- Install operating system patches and software upgrades using SCCM.
- Support user applications over VPN and Citrix for telework environments.
- Manage local onsite cabling and provide support for network and security operation centers.
- Assist with asset inventory, property receipting, and secure disposal of computer equipment.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance
- High School diploma with 0-2 years of relevant experience
- High degree of technical proficiency and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA
Nice to have
- Experience troubleshooting Apple Macintosh software and hardware
- Certification in Microsoft Operating Systems
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Security+ certifications
- Familiarity with SCCM remote resolution
