What you will do

  • Administer the Responsive RFP automation platform and drive adoption and best practice usage.
  • Lead and manage Database Specialists, RFP Administration, and Metrics Reporting resources.
  • Execute data governance strategies and oversee reporting frameworks and KPIs.
  • Conduct content audits and translate complex technical information into compelling proposal responses.
  • Analyze win/loss data and marketing materials to recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure proposal compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be based in Hartford, CT.
  • Strong research, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of RFP or sales proposal experience.
  • Prior leadership or people management experience.
  • Understanding of the retirement industry and financial products.
  • Experience with proposal automation tools, specifically Responsive.
