What you will do
- Administer the Responsive RFP automation platform and drive adoption and best practice usage.
- Lead and manage Database Specialists, RFP Administration, and Metrics Reporting resources.
- Execute data governance strategies and oversee reporting frameworks and KPIs.
- Conduct content audits and translate complex technical information into compelling proposal responses.
- Analyze win/loss data and marketing materials to recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure proposal compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be based in Hartford, CT.
- Strong research, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of RFP or sales proposal experience.
- Prior leadership or people management experience.
- Understanding of the retirement industry and financial products.
- Experience with proposal automation tools, specifically Responsive.
