Senior Manager, Partner Implementation (Fintech): Leading a specialized team of Partner Implementation Consultants to build a scalable onboarding engine for the Value Added Reseller (VAR) ecosystem with an accent on technical integrity, escalation architecture, and partner certification. Focus on optimizing Time to First Value (TTFV), managing complex data migrations, and aligning technical delivery with product roadmaps.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office). Must be based in Frisco, Atlanta, Mountain View, Plano, or San Diego, USA.
Salary: $128,500 – $221,500

What you will do
- Lead and upskill a team of elite technical implementation consultants to ensure alignment with the IES roadmap.
- Oversee the VAR "Train the Trainer" framework and define standards for partner certification and onboarding independence.
- Design and manage escalation architecture to resolve systemic technical friction between partners, Product, and Engineering.
- Strategically assign internal experts to VAR accounts based on technical complexity and firm scale.
- Govern the technical documentation library, implementation playbooks, and GL mapping templates.
- Monitor team-wide performance metrics, including go-live failure rates and sync accuracy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical implementations, management consulting, or professional services.
- 3+ years in a people leadership role managing high-touch technical teams.
- Expert-level understanding of multi-entity accounting, COA/GL mapping, and complex data migration logic.
- Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing technical service delivery through third-party partners or VAR networks.
- Ability to travel 30%–40% of the time for on-site support during high-complexity Go-Lives.
