Salary: $128,500 – $221,500

What you will do

• Lead and upskill a team of elite technical implementation consultants to ensure alignment with the IES roadmap.
• Oversee the VAR "Train the Trainer" framework and define standards for partner certification and onboarding independence.
• Design and manage escalation architecture to resolve systemic technical friction between partners, Product, and Engineering.
• Strategically assign internal experts to VAR accounts based on technical complexity and firm scale.
• Govern the technical documentation library, implementation playbooks, and GL mapping templates.
• Monitor team-wide performance metrics, including go-live failure rates and sync accuracy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical implementations, management consulting, or professional services.
• 3+ years in a people leadership role managing high-touch technical teams.
• Expert-level understanding of multi-entity accounting, COA/GL mapping, and complex data migration logic.
• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential highly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing technical service delivery through third-party partners or VAR networks.
• Ability to travel 30%–40% of the time for on-site support during high-complexity Go-Lives.
