What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end creative production process for paid social, SEM, and UAC channels.
• Oversee creative workflows including briefing, feedback, and legal/compliance approvals.
• Coordinate website and landing page updates across Growth, Product, and Creative teams.
• Traffic video assets and manage paid Custom Product Pages on App Store Connect.
• Integrate internal and external AI resources to improve creative efficiency and quality.
• Maintain the creative testing calendar and ensure all campaigns launch on schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy for paid media within the DTC space.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience managing complex approval workflows involving legal or compliance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with an exceptional eye for creative quality.
• Practical experience with AI tools in creative workflows.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneously.
