Location: Hybrid - Must be based near a hirify.global Hub (e.g., Stamford, CT) and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual

What you will do

• Lead Compliance-owned strategic projects and initiatives to meet annual business and regulatory goals.
• Partner with leadership to establish roadmaps and formal project plans/charters.
• Manage functional workstreams to ensure clear objectives and timely completion of tasks.
• Develop status reporting and metrics to track project progress and escalate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure awareness of dependencies and deliverables.
• Support operational routines including staffing capacity planning and annual goal tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in Compliance Risk management in a financial institution (or 9+ years without degree).
• Project Management certification (PMP) or a proven history of managing large-scale projects.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship available.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
• Strong knowledge of Compliance Risk Management and regulatory expectations.

Nice to have

• Ability to leverage artificial intelligence to optimize efficiency.
• Proficiency in Tableau, SharePoint, and eGRC tools.
• Experience creating leadership dashboards and reporting views.
