Salary: $99,900 - $186,400 annually

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise-wide technology and business projects from initiation through closure.
• Establish project governance, including structure, scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.
• Partner with executives, technology teams, and vendors to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while facilitating timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate release planning, implementation readiness, and deployment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading enterprise-wide technology and business initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects, budgets, and executive communications.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills to deliver initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
