TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY (Hybrid: on-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays required).

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end calendar and scheduling for the Chief of Staff and CEO.
  • Triage executive correspondence and maintain key contact management systems.
  • Oversee complex travel logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Administer the OCEO budget and procurement activities.
  • Design and implement tech-enabled systems to streamline office operations.
  • Coordinate internal enterprise-level events and special projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with Concur or similar expense management platforms.
  • Ability to work on-site in New York every Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Curiosity for emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions.
