Analyst Vendor Resource Support HRSS

Location: Remote role associated with Livonia, Michigan, United States

Hourly pay: $36.34–$54.51

What you will do

• Support HR Shared Services throughout the vendor lifecycle, including RFP coordination, vendor selection, implementation, and post-implementation support.
• Create scorecards, cost assessments, gap analyses, dashboards, and reports to support vendor and leadership decisions.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, investigate escalations, coordinate exception handling, and drive issue resolution.
• Review invoices, contract alignment, billing classifications, ROI, SLA credits, and other financial impacts.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, HR Shared Services, Centers of Excellence, technology teams, payroll, and benefits stakeholders.
• Develop communications and training materials, support new feature implementations, and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, vendor management, contract administration, financial analysis, business operations, or a related analytical role.
• Experience researching, compiling, synthesizing, and presenting operational data, trends, ROI, and recommendations.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships, monitor contractual obligations, and coordinate cross-functional implementations and escalations.
• Ability to work with multiple systems while maintaining confidentiality, compliance, quality, and safety standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
• Experience working with external vendors, service providers, or third-party administrators.
• Experience in a shared services environment.
