TL;DR

Analyst Vendor Resource Support (HR): Managing the full vendor lifecycle and HR shared services operations with an accent on RFP coordination, contract adherence, and SLA monitoring. Focus on conducting financial ROI assessments, analyzing cost fluctuations, and optimizing vendor-delivered services.

Location: Remote, but must be based in the USA (specifically Michigan locations: Livonia, Grand Rapids, or Ann Arbor)

Salary: $36.34 - $54.51 per hour

What you will do

  • Lead the vendor management lifecycle, including RFP coordination, scorecard creation, and strategic vendor selection.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between HR Shared Services, COEs, and vendor implementation teams to ensure successful deployment of tools.
  • Continuously monitor vendor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolve performance escalations.
  • Perform financial analysis, review vendor invoices for accuracy, and conduct ROI assessments of technologies and services.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to visualize vendor impact on service delivery, compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain technical awareness of vendor product capabilities and advocate for the implementation of new features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in HR operations, vendor management, contract administration, or financial analysis.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Experience working within a shared services environment.
  • Proven track record of managing external vendors or third-party administrators.
