What you will do

• Partner with IT leadership to strengthen vendor governance, contract management, and financial oversight.
• Manage vendor relationships by tracking KPIs, conducting reviews, and ensuring contractual compliance.
• Support the full contract lifecycle, including analysis, pricing evaluations, and renewal planning.
• Develop vendor scorecards and performance metrics to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within workflows.
• Collaborate across IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to resolve issues and drive accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT vendor management.
• Expertise in contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and risk assessment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify participating employer).
