IT Vendor Engagement Analyst

Location: Remote

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

hirify.global is a physician-led radiology practice that provides healthcare services and technology-enabled radiology care to hospitals and other healthcare facilities across the United States.

What you will do

• Partner with IT leadership to strengthen vendor governance, contract management, financial oversight, and executive reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance by tracking KPIs, conducting business reviews, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving issue resolution.
• Support contract lifecycle activities, including contract analysis, pricing evaluations, renewal planning, procurement coordination, and cost management.
• Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, performance metrics, and stakeholder reporting.
• Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and streamlined workflows across vendor management activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT vendor management experience preferred.
• Experience with vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, risk assessment, and renewal management.
• Ability to evaluate vendor capabilities, develop performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and prioritization skills.

• Vendor management or procurement certification.
