What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and close new business within assigned target accounts in the DACH region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage a strong pipeline of both existing customers and new prospects.
- Articulate the value of automation solutions to VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and navigate complex enterprise environments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide consistent sales forecasting.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine sales tasks.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German language skills required.
- 5-8 years of successful enterprise software and SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas within Global 2000 accounts.
- Established relationships with large enterprise accounts in the DACH region.
- Strong experience with direct and channel selling of RPA, cognitive capture, and analytics solutions.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Experience with specific AI-driven sales productivity tools.
