What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business within assigned target accounts in the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage a strong pipeline of both existing customers and new prospects.
  • Articulate the value of automation solutions to VP and C-level stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and navigate complex enterprise environments.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide consistent sales forecasting.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine sales tasks.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and German language skills required.
  • 5-8 years of successful enterprise software and SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas within Global 2000 accounts.
  • Established relationships with large enterprise accounts in the DACH region.
  • Strong experience with direct and channel selling of RPA, cognitive capture, and analytics solutions.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience with specific AI-driven sales productivity tools.
