Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany or Remote in Poland

What you will do
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers in the Corporate and Enterprise segments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to assigned accounts, communicating effectively with C-level executives.
- Audit delivery processes in implementation projects to identify and resolve potential launch-related issues.
- Help customers achieve desired outcomes through product consulting and high ROI realization.
- Grow the customer portfolio by ensuring zero churn and identifying cross and up-sale opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with global Enterprise or Corporate segment customers.
- Fluent English (C1+) with professional executive-level communication skills.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, Core systems, or Low-Code/No-Code solutions.
- Proven experience managing or overseeing software implementation and customization projects.
- Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation and renewal management.
- Must be based in Munich, Germany (hybrid) or Poland (remote).
