A leading digital health company specializing in cannabis-based medicines (CBPM), dedicated to improving patient access to safe and effective treatments.
What you will do
- Administer and maintain Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Dialpad VoIP.
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support, resolving software, hardware, and network issues while adhering to SLAs.
- Support identity and access management, endpoint security, and secure networking solutions.
- Manage software licensing, provisioning, reconciliation, and renewals across the business.
- Procure, setup, and automate the onboarding and offboarding process for new hire equipment.
- Act as the IT liaison between HR, operations, governance, and software development teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support, engineering, or analyst roles, preferably in a fast-growing business.
- Experience with scaling IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise IT systems.
- Hands-on experience with ITIL frameworks and service management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset.
- Must be based in or able to work from London (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Google, Microsoft, or Cisco.
