Salary: $110,000–$165,000 USD

What you will do

• Automate the end-to-end operational lifecycle for employees to ensure seamless scaling.
• Lead critical initiatives including MDM platform migration and Zero-Touch Enrollment pipelines.
• Manage secure endpoint configurations for workstations and mobile devices using Apple MDM tools.
• Implement and enforce Zero Trust security protocols including SSO, SAML, and MFA.
• Investigate root causes of infrastructure issues to build long-term automated solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and People Ops to deliver secure and efficient internal tools.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site 4 days per week in San Francisco, Denver, or New York City.
• 4+ years of hands-on Technical Operations or IT experience in a tech-forward environment.
• Deep expertise in macOS management and Apple MDM tools like Jamf or Kandji.
• Proven experience with packaging workflows such as AutoPkg.
• Strong bias for action and automation of manual tasks.
• Ability to translate complex technical and security requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
