What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementations from pre-sale discovery to go-live and expansion.
- Design scalable, configurable automation solutions using company platforms and APIs.
- Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and improve delivery processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solution scope.
- Act as a technical advisor to senior customer stakeholders at large health systems.
- Maintain documentation and mentor team members on internal delivery tools and best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS delivery or solution design.
- Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication skills for both executive and technical audiences.
- Business acumen within healthcare or similarly complex industries.
- Must be able to work from the Chelsea, NY office 4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms like MuleSoft or Workato.
- Background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
