What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations from pre-sale discovery to go-live and expansion.
• Design scalable, configurable automation solutions using company platforms and APIs.
• Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and improve delivery processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solution scope.
• Act as a technical advisor to senior customer stakeholders at large health systems.
• Maintain documentation and mentor team members on internal delivery tools and best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS delivery or solution design.
• Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication skills for both executive and technical audiences.
• Business acumen within healthcare or similarly complex industries.
• Must be able to work from the Chelsea, NY office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms like MuleSoft or Workato.
• Background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
