Salary: $160,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from pre-sale discovery to go-live and expansion.
• Design scalable, configurable solutions leveraging the platform and APIs to solve complex workflow challenges.
• Conduct operational audits to identify automation opportunities and workflow gaps within health systems.
• Manage project delivery and align cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Sales.
• Maintain documentation, internal delivery tools, and enable knowledge transfer.
• Influence product roadmap based on direct enterprise customer feedback and implementation scope.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design.
• Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical engagements with large-scale enterprise customers.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
• Background in healthcare or similarly complex enterprise industries.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or platforms like MuleSoft or Workato.
• Experience in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success.
• Startup experience or background in scaling delivery functions.
