What you will do

• Review all customer-facing materials to ensure strict compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Integrate and leverage AI tools to support and optimize the marketing review process.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, and channel leads to provide guidance on compliant messaging.
• Manage the escalation of complex compliance issues to the SVP and senior leadership.
• Lead the documentation of best practices aggregated across various product categories and assets.
• Develop and maintain an efficient intake system for marketing review requests.

Requirements

• 7-8+ years of experience in marketing operations, business affairs, or an equivalent compliance role.
• Proven track record of partnering with legal and regulatory teams.
• Expert-level attention to detail and the ability to apply complex guidelines to creative output.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
