Salary: $193,500 - $220,000

What you will do
- Lead the implementation of peer-to-peer tactical plans and speaker bureau content strategy.
- Develop and execute congress marketing plans and promotional materials.
- Manage advisory board planning and KOL engagement programs.
- Collaborate with field leadership to provide sales support and gather market insights.
- Monitor brand KPIs and communicate performance metrics to leadership.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with FDA, PhRMA, and internal regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of biopharma commercial experience, including at least 5 years in commercial marketing.
- Successful launch experience in rare or specialty disease categories.
- Strong knowledge of FDA, PhRMA, and ACCME regulations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex matrix environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PharmD or MBA preferred.
- Strong scientific/medical aptitude and experience with complex reimbursement models.
