Salary: $193,500 - $220,000

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of peer-to-peer tactical plans and speaker bureau content strategy.
• Develop and execute congress marketing plans and promotional materials.
• Manage advisory board planning and KOL engagement programs.
• Collaborate with field leadership to provide sales support and gather market insights.
• Monitor brand KPIs and communicate performance metrics to leadership.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with FDA, PhRMA, and internal regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of biopharma commercial experience, including at least 5 years in commercial marketing.
• Successful launch experience in rare or specialty disease categories.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, PhRMA, and ACCME regulations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex matrix environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PharmD or MBA preferred.
• Strong scientific/medical aptitude and experience with complex reimbursement models.
