Salary: $190,000 – $285,000 + equity

What you will do

• Develop and execute verification plans for block-level, subsystem-level, and full-chip environments.
• Build SystemVerilog/UVM test benches, including agents, monitors, scoreboards, and coverage models.
• Write SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA) and integrate formal verification where appropriate.
• Drive constrained-random and directed testing strategies to validate functionality and corner cases.
• Manage regression testing, simulation farms, and CI pipelines to ensure fast debug iterations.
• Support silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation through test reuse and diagnostics.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) as defined by ITAR.
• 10+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC verification.
• Proficiency with SystemVerilog, UVM, digital logic, RTL design, and DFT.
• Experience with simulation tools (VCS, Xcelium, Questa) and waveform debug (Verdi, SimVision).
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, or TCL.
• Experience with embedded processor-based designs and firmware coding in C/C++.

• Experience in space, telecom, or RF/digital mixed systems.
• Experience with low power verification and analog behavioral models.
