What you will do

• Manage end-to-end vendor qualification, onboarding, and compliance verification activities.
• Evaluate vendor adherence to regulatory, contractual, insurance, and sustainability requirements.
• Conduct vendor risk assessments and identify operational, financial, or reputational risks.
• Coordinate and perform vendor audits, site inspections, and waste stream assessments.
• Support sustainability initiatives through diversion analysis and environmental compliance reviews.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve compliance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in compliance, vendor management, or risk management.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel and/or work onsite up to 40%.
• Experience reviewing permits, licenses, insurance documentation, and contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of contractor management systems such as ISNetworld, Avetta, or Veriforce.
• Understanding of environmental compliance and waste management regulatory requirements.
