Professional Services Sales Executive (SaaS): Driving growth of professional services business across new and existing customers with an accent on strategic services positioning and revenue growth. Focus on scoping complex services engagements, creating statements of work, and partnering with Account Executives to maximize customer value.

Location: Hybrid in Brussels, Belgium (minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Own and achieve a Professional Services booking quota across new and existing customers.
  • Partner with Account Executives and stakeholders to position services as critical for customer success.
  • Scope services engagements and create statements of work (SOW) and commercial proposals.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive value realization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to shape service offerings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, consulting, or Professional Services sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience scoping, pricing, negotiating, and closing Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Fluent in English and French/Dutch.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to optimize workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
