What you will do

  • Lead, hire, and develop a team of senior Enterprise Account Executives across the BeNeLux market.
  • Coach and motivate the field sales team to exceed revenue and consumption targets.
  • Execute strategic territory plans, including account assignments and coverage.
  • Manage strategic account planning and maintain high-level C-level engagement.
  • Lead weekly forecast reviews and deliver insight-driven pipeline reporting.
  • Develop regional partner networks with SIs, ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscalers like AWS and Microsoft.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of first-line sales management experience leading Enterprise AEs in SaaS or cloud environments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in expansion or consumption-based business models.
  • Experience recruiting and retaining top sales talent.
  • Strong executive presence with a history of engaging C-level stakeholders in large enterprises.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
  • Must be based in Belgium.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French.
