Location: Must be based in Mechelen, Belgium (On-site role)

What you will do

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of existing Belgian clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deepen stakeholder relationships up to C-level to ensure maximum platform value.
  • Support clients across diverse industries including E-Commerce, Tech, Logistics, and Finance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively resolving challenges and connecting clients to internal solutions.
  • Improve client processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling like Claude Cowork.
  • Contribute to the development of the Belgian client base and commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • Must hold a permanent work and residence permit for Belgium.
  • Full professional fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.
  • Roughly 3 to 4 years of relevant commercial or account management experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Mechelen.

  • Experience in CPaaS, SaaS, Tech, or AI industries.
