What you will do
- Take ownership of a portfolio of existing Belgian clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Deepen stakeholder relationships up to C-level to ensure maximum platform value.
- Support clients across diverse industries including E-Commerce, Tech, Logistics, and Finance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively resolving challenges and connecting clients to internal solutions.
- Improve client processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling like Claude Cowork.
- Contribute to the development of the Belgian client base and commercial strategy.
Requirements
- Must hold a permanent work and residence permit for Belgium.
- Full professional fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.
- Roughly 3 to 4 years of relevant commercial or account management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mechelen.
