TL;DR
Business Development Representative (LegalTech): Generating new business and expanding the customer base for a legal AI platform with an accent on outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on executing high-volume cold-calling campaigns, managing sales pipelines in Salesforce, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
Location: Hybrid (Sydney) - must be based in Sydney and be in office min. twice per week
Salary: $82,400 – $111,400 AUD base + uncapped commission

What you will do
- Conduct outbound telephone-based prospecting to identified target accounts.
- Perform 65-100 cold calls per day to qualify key leads.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to create qualified sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate 's value proposition and product to prospective customers.
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and meet daily KPIs.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a SaaS environment or transferable experience including cold-calling.
- Knowledge and passion for technology, cloud-based products, and AI.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia to fulfill hybrid office requirements.
