TL;DR

Director, Member Engagement (Medtech): Designing and owning the member activation and outreach strategy for a cardiology-focused population health platform with an accent on member journey mapping and vendor management. Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, preference for ET or CT hours)

Rebuilding the cardiology system by partnering with independent physicians to improve population health through technology and data.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the end-to-end member engagement strategy, including prioritization, channel mix, and messaging cadence.
  • Design the member journey from first outreach to care plan enrollment in collaboration with clinical teams.
  • Manage outsourced engagement vendors, including evaluation, selection, and performance tracking.
  • Operationalize and track Member and Provider NPS programs to measure and improve satisfaction.
  • Build an attribution attrition prevention program to proactively re-engage members at risk.
  • Partner with Performance & Analytics to report on campaign conversion and response rates.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in member engagement, population health, or growth within value-based care or Medicare Advantage.
  • Proven track record of owning a member activation function end-to-end.
  • Experience managing large-scale outreach vendors and platforms.
  • Strong analytical fluency to make data-driven decisions without dedicated support.
  • Knowledge of TCPA and consent requirements for member outreach.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
