To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead who will drive demand generation, fuel the sales pipeline, and amplify our brand in the digital health space.

What You’ll Do:

Demand Generation & Pipeline Building:

  • Build and optimize lead nurturing funnels (landings, multi-channel sequences, viral mechanics)
  • Collect and nurture MQL leads database through multi-channel warming funnels
  • Create sales-enabling assets targeting key customer pain points

Content & Brand Amplification:

  • Collaborate with content creator on value-driven content and distribute it via viral channels
  • Manage website: develop informational and conversion-focused pages
  • Handle brand visibility: regular submissions to awards platforms and media outlets

Events & Market Engagement:

  • Organize and run company events: webinars, meetups
  • Conduct market analysis, ICP definition, custdev, and competitor research
  • Support product discussions with PMs on metrics, acquisition, engagement, and retention

Data-Driven Growth:

  • Apply growth mindset: metrics tracking, hypothesis testing, iterations
  • Gather and monitor marketing metrics for continuous optimization

What You Bring:

Must-Have:

  • Proven B2B marketing experience in IT/digital products or services
  • Hands-on with demand generation pipelines (multi-channel, funnel principles, landings)
  • Growth mindset and data-driven approach: metrics, hypotheses, iterations
  • Strong skills in audience/market work: ICP, custdev, market/competitor analysis
  • Product understanding: user acquisition, engagement, retention metrics; able to discuss product challenges with PMs
  • Recent upskilling (courses, conferences, etc.) in the last year
  • English — C1

Nice to Have:

  • AI adept: research, agentic approach for knowledge creation, and communication integration
  • Event creation experience: meetups, webinars
  • Outbound marketing: automation, AI-driven personalization, multi-channel
  • ABM experience: tools, principles, approaches
  • Healthcare/digital health background
  • Experience with CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, similar)
