TL;DR
Head of Growth (PLG): Driving revenue conversion by optimizing the product-led growth loop with an accent on PQL infrastructure, funnel analytics, and experimentation. Focus on building data-driven lifecycle systems and scaling outbound programs using AI tools to compress the learning cycle.
Location: Must be US-based. Remote for candidates outside the Bay Area; hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) for candidates within commuting distance to San Francisco.
Salary: $198,720 – $264,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end growth function, including PQL infrastructure, funnel analytics, and lifecycle data across multiple product lines.
- Execute a high-frequency experiment cadence, utilizing AI tools to compress analysis cycles and act on results.
- Define, instrument, and score Product-Qualified Lead (PQL) models to optimize the handoff to sales.
- Develop dashboards and playbooks to surface churn and expansion signals proactively.
- Build infrastructure for intelligent, high-scale outbound programs for Sales and data-driven playbooks for Customer Success.
- Ship unconventional growth experiments to identify new channels and acquisition angles.
Requirements
- Must be US-based and legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
- 7–10 years of experience with product-led growth at developer-focused or infrastructure companies.
- Deep expertise in PQL models and funnel analytics, including activation rates, time-to-value, and retention curves.
- Proficiency in SQL to independently extract and analyze first-party data.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to accelerate analysis and operational workflows.
- Ability to communicate concise, data-driven updates and strategic points of view to executive leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience building PQL infrastructure from scratch in the dev-tools or infrastructure domain.
- History of running growth functions for companies with multiple distinct product lines and personas.
- Proven implementation of AI workflow improvements that changed team operations.
- Experience collaborating with DevRel or content teams to connect top-of-funnel activation to paid conversion.
