Salary: $145,000 - $220,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the AI product roadmap for GTM applications, aligning with business OKRs and AI strategy.
- Identify AI opportunities in Lead-to-Cash and Customer Success processes via workshops and executive meetings.
- Define and prioritize backlogs for agentic workflows, including autonomous agents and LLM integrations.
- Translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Define and track AI-specific KPIs such as model accuracy, business ROI, and data privacy compliance.
- Design and champion prompt engineering standards and context-window optimization strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise SaaS or GTM technology focused on AI.
- Proven track record of delivering AI or automation products end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of GTM business processes: Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, CRM, and Marketing Automation.
- Hands-on familiarity with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG architecture, and LLM API capabilities (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Salesforce Agentforce, and GCP product features.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent interoperability standards.
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company.
