Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, with a hybrid in-person requirement (Mon, Wed, Fri).

Compensation: $260,000 – $290,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Run on-site discovery with health system partners to scope engagements and define success metrics.
• Lead a small pod through sprint-style engagements, ensuring pace and focus.
• Own the product roadmap for specific partner engagements, balancing bespoke needs with core product scalability.
• Partner with internal teams to route net-new product builds back to the core roadmap.
• Act as the senior product voice in front of executive stakeholders including CMOs, CMIOs, and CIOs.
• Travel approximately 20% of the time for engagement kickoffs and go-lives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of end-to-end ownership.
• Must be open to relocation and the hybrid in-person model in San Francisco.
• Proven ability to drive products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong user empathy and ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problem spaces.
• Experience running time-bound, outcome-oriented engagements delivering live systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical engineering teams and executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or clinical workflow experience, including familiarity with Epic or other EHR platforms.
• Prior experience in forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing product roles at an enterprise AI company.
