What you will do

• Own and drive the squad roadmap, including quarterly planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead the development of forecasting mechanisms to ensure proposal deliverability across programmatic and direct channels.
• Improve end-to-end proposal creation workflows to reduce cycle time and increase win rates.
• Define and evolve audience targeting capabilities, including segments and feasibility checks.
• Translate complex user needs into clear PRDs, acceptance criteria, and rollout plans.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features and support sales enablement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Deep understanding of ad tech fundamentals, including audience targeting, programmatic inventory, and cross-platform delivery.
• Proven track record of shipping UX improvements and optimizing conversion metrics.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered product features with measurable impact.
• Strong ability to drive product roadmaps independently as a lead individual contributor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a remote-first environment.
